A few years ago, Jamey baked a cheesecake. It was good! Then, he tweaked his recipe and baked another. It was amazing! Taste tested by family and the best group of testers in a school, each of his creations are critiqued and result in tweaking his recipes until they are perfect. Every topping is homemade. Each year, we try to come up with a new idea or two. All cheesecakes are 9 inch and some flavors are available in a 6 inch size. Most flavors are available in a gluten friendly or Keto friendly version. He’s come a long way! Contact us to order yours!

couple questions- can you do gluten free for the cakes that have “cake” on half?
do you use flour in your actual cheesecake? If so, can you use gf??
